The property itself consists of a large house offering Chambres d’hôtes (bed & breakfast), and adjoining cottage for holiday rental. Both are set within 3 acres of gardens, in a delightful, secluded position within rural countryside 4 kms from the nearest town of Lurcy-Levis. Guests are welcome to use the large swimming pool, and petanque. Being in an elevated position the house offers stunning views across rolling, green countryside.

We are only 28 kms from the Formula One race circuit at Magny-Cours so within easy reach for those wishing to visit the  major events held there such as the Bol d'Or endurance bike event, or the annual world championship superbike events. There is also a circuit at Lurcy-Levis only 4kms away. We are only 25 kms from the A71/75, now the most direct and cheapest route to the South, crossing the Millau Bridge.
