A warm welcome awaits you at La Platriere in the main house. Here you can choose to stay for as little as one night or a full week or more, on a bed and breakfast basis, with the option of evening meals. We have more than adequate parking for your vehicle in our grounds and are biker friendly, so you can rest assured your bikes will be safe within our enclosed grounds. |

The main house was extensively renovated during 2004 and 2005, and offers a high standard of comfortable accommodation. We can provide B&B for up to 15 people, having 5 bedrooms which include a large family room (sleeps 4 + childs pine bed); and 4 double/twin-bedded rooms. All rooms are light and airy. All bedrooms are tastefully decorated have private en-suites and offer stunning views over the garden and surrounding countryside. Tea and coffee making facilities and hospitality tray are provided in each room and all rooms have central heating. Some rooms have exposed beams. Iron and ironing board are provided on request (as if you will have time). Laundry washing and drying facilities are available for a small charge. We are equipped with WiFi, so bring your laptop if you wish. Downstairs the farmhouse has a spacious comfortable guest lounge with access to the garden and a shady terrace. An open log fire is lit for those cooler evenings and for your comfort and entertainment the lounge is equipped with satellite and French TV, video/DVD, music centre, books and board games. |

Meals are taken either in the dining room or on outside terrace. The large dining room has French doors leading to the garden and stairs to the bedrooms. Breakfast is continental style with a range of cereal, pastries, breads, local jams/honey, fruit juices and hot beverages. There is the option of ordering a full English Breakfast for a supplement of 6 euros. Evening meals (table d'hôtes) are available, booked in advance (24 hours notice) and prices start from 26,37 euros per person for 4 courses (price includes TVA) We have a license to sell drinks, Aperitifs are also available, served from 6pm. |

It is necessary to book evening meals in advance, so if you require meals on the day of
your arrival please notify us at the time of booking. We are happy to arrange
meals throughout your stay provided you give us 24 hour notice. Prices start
from €26,37 for a four course meal (fixed menu) with the option of buying wine or beer and coffee. Childrens
meals (up to age 10 years) start from 12 euros; under 2's are free. If booking meals please
let us know of any special dietary requirements. We can also provide
vegetarian dishes. (please see "evening
meals" on the menu bar).
